A pop-up appears indicating "a memory card is inserted", then the T-mobile screen appears and it hangs. To get around it, power off the unit .... the "verifying security" pop-up appears, the system shuts down and you can re-power the 8900. "BUT", the desktop is missing a bunch of icons. The workaround to this is to switch to a different theme, e.g. one of the default 8900 themes, and switch back to the Reverse L theme.
