SocialScope creators Ubiquitous Systems have created bit.lify, a new and free application that allows you to shorten URLs from your BlackBerry Browser using bit.ly .

This is an extremely useful application for shortening those ridiculously long URLs you need to send in a message. Bit.lify allows your message to look clean without the long URL clutter that can be annoying to some.
