Viigo launches powerful new Support Site

Just when I thought Viigo couldn’t get any more consumer friendly than it already is, they go and create an awesome new Support Site!

The new Viigo Support Site contains FAQs & Forums covering a wide variety of topics, it allows you to enter and track incident reports and/or support requests on-line.

They didn’t stop there. Any incidents submitted from your Viigo client will automatically be routed to the Viigo Support Site, where you can log-in and track their progress/resolution.
