Free app: BBFileScout updated to v0.5.12, adds progress bars, shortcuts and more

The last time I mentioned BBFileScout it was at version 0.5.7. Since then there have been a lot of bug fixes, additions and improvements.

2009/03/28 – BBFileScout update to 0.5.12
What’s new?
- Copy, move, delete and zipping of directories (or collections containing one ore more directories) will now show a percentage progress bar
What’s fixed
- Fixed problem with directory information dialog for root volumes (like ’store’, ’system’ or ‘SDCard’)

- Directory Popup [SHIFT+G] will remember expand/collapse state of directories in the current BBFileScout session
- Directory Popup [SHIFT+G] will go to the current active directory
- Key short cuts ['all directories' popup]:
NAV LEFT: Collapse current node NAV RIGHT: Expand current node and go to first child
What’s fixed
- As soon as a single file have the green checkmark BBFilescout will always work on this mark (and not on the current selection)
- Key-Shortcut [C] will now work corresponding to the multi-select function of BBFileScout
- File/Dir copy exceptions should show a text now (and not an empty dialogue)

- From anywhere goto any other directory on your device by using SHIFT+G|SHIFT+H (Nodes can be expanded or collapsed with the SPACE-Key)

- Create Playlists from current directory content [optional: including all subdirectories (recursive)](this menu item is only available, if you have specified a ‘Playlist Directory’ in the options)

- Creating of ZIP files: already existing ZIPs (with the same name) will never be overwritten – instead the new ZIP will be auto renamed
- [SHIFT]+NAV UP|DOWN: Select/Deselect multiple files will work now, no matter how fast you scroll (never expected that this would be so hard to fix)
