Viigo has been updated from version 3.1.324 to version 3.1.330.

The video above goes over the new features available in Viigo since version 3.1.324 (which I mentioned last week). Version 3.1.330 is an important upgrade that is focused on fixing a number of performance issues.

Note: It is recommended that you completely delete and reboot your current Viigo version if you originally downloaded it from the BlackBerry App World. More on how to do this here.

You can download it now from GetViigo.com from either your BlackBerry Browser, or from your desktop to have a download link sent to your BlackBerry.

• Weather Viigo’s Weather module allows for the immediate viewing of the current temperature and forecasts for cities around the world. Fully customizable so that addition and removal of cities can be done as travel plans are made or events take place.
• Sports Viigo’s Sports module will elevate you from a casual fan to a true a fanatic. With live event updates, schedules, results and more, you can follow your favorite team or player while on the go.
• Business & Finance With features that include the ability to create and follow your own stock portfolio, calculate exchange rates, or even manage your online accounts, the Stocks & Finance module keeps you current with your financial matters.
• Podcasts Wirelessly browse, subscribe, download, and listen to your favorite audio podcasts, wherever you are, whenever you wish. Choose from a selection of thousands of podcasts in a wide range of categories.
• Local Interest Viigo’s Local Interest module allows you to select a city of interest, either your home town or a place you plan to travel to, and make restaurant reservations, get traffic information, or even search for a job and much more.
• Shopping Whether you’re looking for that special gift or wanting to spruce up your smartphone, Viigo’s Shopping module makes it easy for you to make purchases direct from your mobile.
• Social Networks Stay connected to social networks including Twitter, FriendFeed and identica while you are away from your computer. All the functionality, such as posting to your microblog, following or unfollowing, retweeting, replying, and so much more is supported.
• Entertainment Find out what movie is playing at the local theatre, read a book, or get the gossip on your favorite celebrities. All this and more is available in the Viigo Entertainment module.
• Flights & Travel See what time a flight to your destination is scheduled to depart, track the flights you’ve booked to be sure it is leaving on time or manage your itinerary straight from the Flights & Travel module.
• Politics The Politics module provides poll results and commentary during election times while also delivering political oriented news on a daily basis.
