the new blackberry storm 2 is great. I love the screen way better than the first and the texting and internet surfing is great. also just like every other blackberry they are great for business. i got 2 for me and my little girl off of gsmauthority.com and they've worked perfectly. We got them unlocked so the 3G doesn't work but they are still fast. Definately happy with my purchase.

I have a Storm and the Odin (Storm 2) doesn't appear any faster to me, which has me wondering what firmware the author of the video used. With .151 the Storm is much faster than when originally released and I'm even running a fairly resource hungry theme.

What I want to try personally is the new feedback, obviously I'm guessing the screen doesn't push in like on the original and I'm curious what they've done for the new model. It is cleaner looking with the rubber buttons and integrated keys on the front and appears to be a worth while replacement if the screen and feedback from the screen is still there. (I like touching w/o registering a click, maybe I'm alone but I love the haptic feedback system).
  • very nice review. thank you. Was i not mistaken or does it look like an AT&T user can pick one up at verizon and use it on the ATT network with the ATT 3g?
