RIM has finally launched a site where you can browse through the BlackBerry App World from your desktop computer!
Until now you could only browse through the App World through the on-device BlackBerry application, which was somewhat of an annoyance for many. Now you can browse through the App World from your desktop to easily and quickly find the apps you’re looking for.
The App World site is broken down into the following categories: Business, Entertainment, Finance, Games, Health & Wellness, IM & Social Networking, Maps & Navigation, Music & Audio, News, Photo & Video, Productivity, Reference & eBooks, Shopping, Sports & Recreation, Travel, Utilities, Weather. You can also view Featured, Top Free, Top Paid and Newest applications.
Head on over to appworld.blackberry.com/webstore to check it out and let me know what you think!
Reminder: If you see an app you want in the BlackBerry App World, consider checking for it in the BBRocks! Mobile App Store. You just might find it on sale or available at a cheaper price, besides for the other features it offers
. To download it visit blackberryrocks.com/appstore from your BlackBerry Browser.
