Nextel just told us to roll our software back on all due to problems. We can't answer incoming calls when on a call; issues with direct connect and the phone for no reason will just activate speaker phone when in a call randomly. Scary when the tech just told me to roll back; thankfully we were able to stop our BES 5 server to stop deployment. Where was QC??????

Yeah-Exact same issues here. BAD UPGRADE-Don't do it! Man, this service sucks when QC can't even test their own stuff...

Yip, same problem with the contacts as EDouble. I called NEXTEL and they recommended not updating the OS even if an update comes from BlackBerry. WTF? Recommending NOT to update your phone? I've never heard of this before.

i too have an 8350i and loaded device software 4.6.1.313 and immediately had browser crashes and stack overflow errors in the log file. i downgraded back to 4.6.1.204 and am now ok again. wtf?

I have a 8350i and just downloaded this new release. Now when I start typing in a name, no results in my "contacts" shows. When I scroll through "contacts" I see the names of all 249 people I have. Same issue when I try to make a call. If I type in Tommy Smith, it should show me all the results of people with the name of Tommy. This new software SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
