I am being affected. My browser isnt working nor are any of my apps like Facebook, tweetgenius, socialscope, or ubertwitter.

I'm using Telus Mobility in Toronto, and it seems only the browser and BBM's working for me. None of my other apps that use the internet seem to work.

I'm in Louisville, KY (Verizon) and the Internet is off-and-on for me. So far I've had not a lot of luck using Social Scope and the Facebook app the entire day. I also use BerryWeather and it hasn't updated in hours. BBM seems to be working fine for the most part albeit at a major delay sometimes. If I come across any other apps I'm having trouble with I will let you know.

I'm in Louisville, KY too - but I am on AppleT&T, so it must be something to do with the towers or something. I have had spotty off and on for a few hours. Probably all those iPhoney users out there, wasting all the bandwidth on the towers.

Im having issues as well....Im actually glad there is a BIS outage cause for a while I thought it was just my phone....Im in Tampa Florida. Looks like its hitting all corners of the map.

My browser does not work at all. A lot of apps are affected such as Facebook, BerryWeather, Socialscope, and others. Only Ubertwitter seems to update, but very slooowww. Just a PITA, when you're trying to work remotely. I also noticed that this did not just immediately happen, as I was having the same intermittent problems late last evening.

My BlackBerry Storm 9500 (OS5...328) cannot access the internet through the BB Browser, UberTwitter does not work, ScoreMobile BB does not work, Twitter in Viigo doesn't work.
Opera Mini does work however...haven't tried emailing as of yet.

Yes. Browser, Blackberry maps, Google maps, Bolt. Basically, anything that accesses the internet. I ran Speedtest, and it said it couldn't test because it couldn't connect. Also, Blackberry PIN messages are out of service. However, email seems to be getting through without a problem.

Affected here in McMinnville Oregon ... Facebook, Amazon; sudoku by Magmic, BB browser, BBWeather, Google Maps ... anything that requires a data plan is not working. Email and texting are working. I'm using a BB Pearl 8110 on AT&T.

I'm in Southern California, Orange County specifically, and have been having issues with the web and web based apps since yesterday. I called T-Mobile and they acknowledged the outage and have no idea when it will be repaired.
None of my third party apps work that require web (Google Maps, TeleNav, Facebook) as well as the standard browser.
I do get my emails, text messages and BB Messages.
It's quite a bummer as I just got my 3g BB and it's dead! Ohh well.

hmm no issues that i could tell here in NYC, my 9000 has been receiving emails fine on AT&T.

Noticed as of about 6 PM EST or so, my northern Virginia BlackBerry data connection stopped working. Couldn't connect with my twitter client, and tried my browser around 8 PM EST or so, and it wouldn't connect either. I reset the device, and that didn't fix anything. About 11 PM EST I ran the self-diagnostic on the blackberry, and it re-registered itself on the network, and I could access data through the browser again, though EXCEEDINGLY slowly. After a few more minutes of trying, the browser returned to normal speed, and currently seems to be working normally. My BlackBerry App Store app has not and will not connect(ed). Twitter apps will not connect either. Bbry messenger, as well as phone and SMS seem to work correctly.

I am being affected. I live in central New Jersey. I first noticed this sunday afternoon after receiving App error 523 and though it was a result of that. I called T-Mobile but they stated that their network was fine but my internet wont work and none of my apps work such as SocialScope, Facebook, Beejive,, IM+, email, and even sms, and my BBM is sketchy as well.

An insider @ RIM has confirmed delay issues were occurring Monday; but that everything should be restored as of this morning...

FB still hit or miss. Browser connects more than not, as opposed to last night. Maybe the new RIM Twitter Client is crashing servers!.... not. supposed to be released yesterday. Still waiting.

Apps and browsers stopped working last night and everything is still slow or nonfunctional in Philadelphia on Verizon with 8330.

Out in Las Vegas since 16th - no email, BB messenger, internet, FB, BB App Store, but have access to Bank of America app, Google Maps app, Viigo, OpenTable. My husband is also a Tmobile customer, but is on BES and is having no problems.

Just did a battery AND sim card pull, keeping both out for 40 seconds, reinserted them and that corrected the issue for me. I'm on T-mobile.
