Anyone who likes watching movies most likely knows about Fandango and their services. For those that don’t, Fandango offers movie showtimes, trailers, guides and more. Fandango now has a sign up page where you can sign up to be notified when their official BlackBerry application is available!

So far it looks like the Fandango app will allow you to check showtimes, watch trailers (AWESOME), buy tickets “and more”. There is no estimated launch date or compatibility info at this time so let’s hope something comes up soon. I wouldn’t mind being able to reserve my IMAX tickets for Avatar right from my BlackBerry. Considering the screenshot used in the photo above, I would guess this app will be available before Avatar’s opening on December 18th. Fandango is slick .
