While browsing through my Twitter timeline late last night I came across a tweet by @footose about an application called BerryBlab which, for obvious reasons, I figured was a BlackBerry application. Since I hadn’t heard of it before I decided to check it out and found that it was a native vBulletin application currently in beta testing.

I browse forums from time to time and not all of them are mobile friendly, so BerryBlab piqued my interest. Not only is it a good-looking application (screenshots after the jump), it also offers some great features:

• View Sub Forums
• Private Messaging – View, Reply, Reply All, New
• View Latest Threads
• View Subscribed Threads
• Reply to Threads

In order to use BerryBlab the vBulletin forum of choice must have their plugin installed.

BerryBlab is in its beta testing phase so it might still contain bugs. It’s available for all BlackBerry devices running OS 4.5 and higher except the Storm and Storm2, support for these is coming real soon. Since this is a beta I would recommend you backup your data before downloading it.
