Blue Sky Analytics, LLC have two applications in the BBRocks! Store that are sure to increase your BlackBerry productivity when it comes to managing your tasks. Sticky notes can become unorganized so apps like Role Call Reminders Lite (left image) and Role Call Tasks (right image) are useful because you’d carry them everywhere, without the mess and on your BlackBerry. If you’re like me, my BlackBerry goes everywhere I go, unlike pen and paper.

Role Call Reminders Lite features:

• Messages can be transformed into tasks with just a couple of clicks.
• Task name automatically inserted from text of message, whether it is an email or phone call.
• Ability to not only set task name, category, and reminder time, but also allows you to edit the task to add further information such as priority.

Role Call Tasks features:

• Ability to email task lists. If recipient of email has the free Role Call Reminders, they can import the list into their BlackBerry Tasks or Role Call Tasks. Can also view tasks in Excel.
• Option to use System Font or Casual Font.
• Ability to copy entire category to a new category.
• Settings are saved so that each time you restart Role Call® Tasks, it looks the way you left it.
• “Tasks by Date” mode includes categories so that you are able to filter by both category and date at once, i.e. view your “Personal” tasks for “Wednesday”.
• Ability to cut and paste tasks from Category mode to Date mode and vice versa.
• Option to show all task data, including name, status, date, time, category, priority and recurrence on each line of task list.
• Automatic extraction of time from description text, i.e., typing “Meeting at 1:30 PM” will create a task named “Meeting” with a due date set to “1:30 PM”.
• Option to automatically move overdue tasks to “Today”.
