Hootsuite Twitter Application For BlackBerry Now In Private Beta – Sign Up Today!

There are a few good Twitter applications available for BlackBerry smartphones that have made the rounds and grown to be favorites for some. Just to name a few, SocialScope, UberTwitter, Seesmic, Twitter for BlackBerry and OpenBeak. One major player in the Twittersphere who is without a BlackBerry app is HootSuite, but that is about to change.
HootSuit is now accepting sign ups for the private beta of their upcoming BlackBerry app. In addition to their mobile apps they also offer a web app for desktop browsers with features like managing multiple social network accounts (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc), statistics, team collaboration, scheduled updates and more. It would be great if the BlackBerry version of HootSuite were to offer similar features that would sync between apps.

I’ll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod.
