RIM & AT&T Hosting A BlackBerry Event Next Week – Bold 9800 Slider & OS 6.0 Getting Officially Announced!?

I was hesitant to mention this at first but since Engadget was nice enough to post it along with the invitation image, I guess it won’t hurt. Invitations are being sent out for a RIM and AT&T BlackBerry event on August 3rd. I’ll give you three guesses what it’s for…
Hint: It might be the official announcement of the BlackBerry Bold 9800 along with BlackBerry 6!
