Rumors of a BlackBerry Bold 9700 replacement continue to spread, this time fueled by some training slides leaked by Boy Genius Report. We know RIM is already working on a BlackBerry 6 release for the Bold 9700 as well as a few other newer BlackBerry smartphones but in what seems to be a new tradition, RIM is going to re-release the Bold 9700 with some new internal workings. The Bold R020 mentioned in the training slides seems to match up with the rumored Bold 9780 we’ve heard of and seen a few times so they could very well be one and the same. BG is also guessing at 9020 or 9750 as model numbers for the R020.
