AT&T has posted 3 versions of OS 6.0.0.246: Multilanguage (Western languages), Asia (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, and Indic), and All Languages (East Asia Languages Included). When you visit the download page and select the Torch from the drop down, make sure you choose the right version on the next page.
