Earlier today I let you know that OS 6.0.0.570 for the Torch 9800 was leaked and available for download. The team over at CB noticed that someone was able to extract the native BlackBerry instant messaging apps and posted some links. Since this was extracted from a leaked OS you should probably make a backup of your data before installing them. Here are the OTA links:
- Download leaked AIM v2.5.78
- Download leaked GTalk v2.5.81
- Download leaked Yahoo! v2.5.81
- Download leaked Windows Live Messenger v2.5.81
DISCLAIMER: Install at your own risk. This is Leaked/Beta software that is not guaranteed to be stable, and therefore will not be supported by RIM or your wireless carrier should you run into some problems. As a precaution, if you decide to upgrade, it is highly recommended that you make a backup before using this software. If you are not comfortable using Leaked/Beta software you should probably wait for the next official release. *
