I first mentioned RIM’s BlackBerry Trade Up program back in February but at the time there was no mention of BlackBerry users in Canada being able to use it. According to a blog post from the Inside BlackBerry for Business blog, this offer now applies to all of North America. Here are the details:
From now until May 28, 2011, if you’re based in North America, you can trade up to a new BlackBerry smartphone, and in return, get up to $120 for your old one! You can trade in any old (but still working!) BlackBerry® Pearl™, BlackBerry® Curve™, BlackBerry® Bold™, BlackBerry® Storm™, BlackBerry® Tour™, BlackBerry® 8700 Series or BlackBerry® 8800 Series smartphone.
This deal also applies to those with BlackBerry smartphones deployed within a business where you can trade up six or more devices. For more info go to blackberrytradeup.com or blackberry.com/tradeup.
