A few days ago I let you know that Verizon announced the BlackBerry Torch 9850 with a September 8th launch date. Today is September 8th and the Torch 9850 is now available for purchase online through Verizon’s website. This new BlackBerry 7 smartphone is available for $199.99 with a new two-year agreement or $499.99 at full retail. If you want to buy the Torch 9850 in person at a store you’ll have to wait till September 15th.
