SEGA Genesis/Megadrive DGEN Emulator For BlackBerry PlayBook Updated – ROM Cycling, Crap TV Mode & More!

I’m having a blast gaming on the BlackBerry PlayBook thanks to the SEGA Genesis/Megadrive DGEN, SNES and NES  ported emulators. The latest to receive an update is the SEGA emulator port by Trevor Nunes. Now at version 1.0.0.4, this update brings the following changes:

• rom cycling!
• new gfx and gfx effects buttons
• tv icon selects scanline, blur, interlace ‘tv’ modes
• start button on right hand side of screen, top left is rom cycler …
• HQX button cycles through HQX scaling but currently not scaled, so kind of useless
• missing roms message sticks on screen if no roms are found
• dirs are created for you
