If you’re a Canadian and you’re waiting to get your hands on a Blackberry 10 device then you’re in luck. Well, that is of course if you have service with Rogers. Currently you can reserve, or pre-order, your future Blackberry 10 handset online through Rogers. The promotion started on December 17 and requires just a $40 down payment.
There are stipulations though. You have to have a fully registered My Rogers account, and you can only reserve one device per mobile number. Unfortunately, if you were planning on pre-ordering more than one Blackberry 10 device you won’t be able to. Your Rogers account must also be in good standing.
Once you’ve placed your pre-order, you are placed in an existing queue to get a BB10 device at launch. This does not necessarily mean that you will receive your device right at launch, but you will receive a device as soon as everyone before you in the queue has.
In addition, you can pick up your new device in a Rogers store when BB10 finally launches.
Much as, you would expect, Rogers issued a press release to the public, outlining the new BB10 pre-order system.

Other Carriers That Are Offering BB10 Pre-Orders
Unfortunately, there are no US carriers allowing BB10 device pre-orders at this time. However, some mobile carriers in the UK are allowing you to register your personal information so that they can notify you as soon as BB10 is available. To be more specific, Carphone Warehouse and Phones 4U in the UK are allowing BB10 registrations currently.
If you’re interested in pre-ordering from Rogers, or registering your information with the other two UK carriers see the relevant links below.
