Dazzboard let me know that they have launched the public beta their universal media management webtop application.

The FlyCast 2.0 Public Beta is now open for BlackBerry users.

In case you don’t know what FlyCast is:

FlyCast is a FREE service that gives you what you really want – portable music and talk radio that’s better than Satellite radio, easy to use, and works on the device already in your pocket – like the BlackBerry (Bold, Storm, Curve).

Here is what FlyCastRosco posted in their forums:

We are releasing our second public beta. We have made a lot of changes. I will highlight some of the major ones here. For the Storm, we have added full UI rotation, including cover flow during playback. We have made recording and user music library options that you can turn off. We have made a lot of bug fixes in sound volume, headphones, bluetooth, phone call handling, and more. You can now also tweet about a song you like to all your followers on Twitter.

Before installing the FlyCast 2.0 Beta you must first completely uninstall your current version. I also recommend doing a battery pull before downloading the new Beta.
