@Zachriel360 let me know he has released his Hybrid theme for the BlackBerry Storm for FREE!

It’s a bit of a mix of looks from diffiferent phones, iPhone-esque icons, Android meters, HTC clock, nothing particularly fancy or over complicated, maintaining a similar layout to the default Zen theme which I’m a big fan of (the layout not the actual Zen theme itself). Had to come up with a name so decided to go with Hybrid .

This theme is HOT! Not only does it look great, but it also comes in a combination of versions as well. Some things to note:

• Signal Meter = Manage Connections
• Time = Clock
• Date = Calendar
• Battery Meter = Options (when using a MeterBerry variation this opens Profiles)

KD has just released a hot new premium theme for the BlackBerry Storm called StormKick.

Features:

• Tap the StormKick Trackball Orb on the homescreen to switch between the first six Static icons and the next six User Definable icons
• Icons 7-10 in the Application Menu are accessible on the homescreen by clicking one of the four buttons on the StormKick Trackpad from top to bottom
• On the Homescreen, by tapping any of the first six static icons, a corresponding large icon pop up will slide in from the right
• Features a 5 entry Today Area
• Click the top banner to launch the 3rd Party App “QuickLaunch” (not included)
• Click the Time on the Homescreen to open the Clock application
• Click any blank spot on the homescreen to go straight to the Application Menu

I’m not sure how many of you would remember Pokemon, but it used to be an extremely popular Game Boy video game and card game. At least it was while I was in grade school, I don’t know if it still is.

My buddy Sados Demetrios has created a free theme for the BlackBerry Storm styled after the PokeDex, a gadget in Pokemon that helps identify and save details about old and new Pocket Monsters.

Here’s a great theme for all the BlackBerry Pearl owning Call of Duty 4 gamers!

Call of Duty 4 Zen is available free with custom icons and a real nice volume meter. I know all the Call of Duty 4 gamers will appreciate this one.

R&R Theme Designs (the same theme developer who created the free BlockBerry Storm theme) has created another free theme for the BlackBerry Storm series called GlobeBerry.

GlobeBerry is available in two versions, one free and one paid. Here are the differences:

Free version features:

• Free version features Zen like stationary bottom dock with top 4 icons.
• Nearly every single item that is skinable is skinned
• Buttons and selection carets match theme color
• Home Screen is user background friendly

Premium Version Features:

• Weatherbug integration
• Independently sliding hidden side and top docks
• Hidden today
• Clickable home screen to clock/calendar/manage connections/locks/messages

Some tips about using this theme:

To make top dock hide tap just below the dock(where status texts is) to make it appear tap just below date/time bar

To make the side dock appear tap just next to the profiles icon (next to weatherbug slot) to make it hide tap again in the same spot

Weatherbug must be in the FIRST app position on your app screen to be displayed on the homescreen correctly
