According to J_Caloy, There are a Lot of Reasons Why You Should Hate Your Blackberry Z10

Reviews are kind of a mixed bag when it comes to the Blackberry Z10, and I really tend to think there’s a reason for it. I like to relate it to a particular syndrome called set-in-your-ways. Sometimes users from other platforms get so dependent on what they are using, and how they use their devices that when they switch to something new they just aren’t happy. There’s nothing wrong with it per se, because some of those users probably truly are missing something since the BB10 platform is so new. That being said, I tend to think if folks spent some extended time with the device they might change their mind.

I have a real treat for you today, and it’s something a little different than what we usually post here at BlackberryRocks. YouTube user J_Caloy has taken some time to produce and upload videos to the popular media streaming service that offer a sarcastic and quite silly review of the Z10. Instead of talking about how much he loves his phone, he talks about how much he hates it. The humor comes in because it’s not exactly what you’d expect to hear from someone saying they hate their phone.

It all boils down to the fact that he really hates his phone because it’s so awesome and others want it. To be perfectly honest, he’s not lying or embellishing here. Any time I pull out my Z10 I have a nice little crowd asking me how I like it, what it does and more. The Blackberry brand is certainly far from dead, but I digress.

JC has done a great job with these videos, and I think the production quality is pretty great for an amateur video. Check them out below, both of which should provide insight into how great –or terrible- the Z10 really is.

As you can see from the videos, J_Caloy clearly hates his Blackberry Z10. In fact, he hates it so much that he took to YouTube to declare how he feels about it.

Changing gears, it’s actually quite nice to see Blackberry users speaking up about their beloved handset. A lot of what you hear across the board is negative feedback about the device, when in reality the Blackberry Z10 and Q10 are great. Personally, I prefer the Z10 because I like a much larger handset myself and the Q10 screen size would bother me. There’s no denying the fact that someone else would likely prefer the Q10 though for the physical keyboard.

It will be even better to see future iterations of the Blackberry 10 product line like the upcoming A10.
